Boston Bay Family Health Practice (BBFHP) has been a cornerstone of Port Lincoln’s healthcare since 2009.
Our dedicated team includes experienced Rural Generalist Obstetricians, a Nurse Practitioner, nurses, midwives, social workers, and administrative staff—all committed to providing exceptional care. We foster a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and community service.

The Role:

As a Rural Generalist Obstetrician at BBFHP, you will:

Manage a diverse obstetric case load with a flexible one-in-four on-call roster.
Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive antenatal and postnatal care.
Contribute to a supportive environment where new and seasoned professionals can thrive.

Key Opportunities:

Deliver high-quality obstetric care and assist in emergency situations.
Participate in clinic and hospital rotations, including general medicine and emergency department duties.
Engage in ongoing training and mentoring of registrars and junior staff.
